DustLight
Continuous personal dust monitoring for the real job.
Dustlight is a wearable personal dust monitor for industrial and trade
environments that makes respirable dust exposure visible in real time.
Worn on the body, it measures PM1, PM2.5, PM4, and PM10 and gives an
immediate visual and acoustic warning when thresholds are overstepped
Every shift is logged automatically in the app and web dashboard, turning
live alerts into clear insights that help reduce exposure long-term.
This way, Dustlight protects on two levels: instant STOP signals for
workers and lasting prevention for teams.
Level 1: Personal monitoring
Dustlight is to be worn directly on the user’s body,
ensuring constant monitoring in real time.
Measures PM1, PM2.5, PM4, and PM10
LED indicators (green, yellow, red) provide intuitive,
instant feedback on air quality.
Compact and lightweight design allows seamless
integration into any workday.
Works automatically – no need for complex setups
Personal wearable monitoring is enabled by
key hardware features.
Active airflow & self-cleaning –
Ensures continuous, reliable measurements while protecting the sensor from contamination
Robust click fast holder – Secure, industry-standard attachment for easy and stable mounting
Level 2: Data-driven insights
A software making sure you’ve got less paperwork
The Dustlight Software is available via a mobile and a
Web App with following highlight features:
Live readings - over wireless connection of different PM sizes and visual alerts once the set threshold is overstepped.
History - Access to past measurements and analysis by selecting the date through local and Cloud storage
Event logging - mark the start and end of tasks or incidents, while Dustlight records exposure peaks in between. Events are saved in the app for review and documentation.
A software making sure you measure precisely what you are working with.
Dustlight increases its precision through material specifications. A Dustlight configuration tailors the measurement to the specific
material – accounting for its density and optical properties – so readings stay precise in real conditions. At the same time, Dustlight
automatically applies the legal, country-specific limit values for that material (where regulated), meaning frameworks like EU OELs,
OSHA, or Safe Work Australia are built straight into the exposure assessment.
